Checks may be made out to "Houston Chapter HFES". Please include your name and mark the check for 2004 One-Day Conference). Your registration will be processed upon receipt of your registration fee.

The registration fee includes a conference program, a CD containing the conference proceedings, and food and beverages (continental breakfast, lunch, coffee/soda/snack breaks, and afternoon reception with beer, wine, and snacks). Parking is not included in the registration fee. All-day parking at Rice University costs $8 and requires an active credit card.
