CHIL Web Site
CHIL@Rice

Some thoughts about the CHIL Web site.

First, please construct a page for yourself on the CHIL site. This page should be at least marginally professional; if someone asks Mike (Byrne) at a conference about a piece of work that you're involved in, he'll direct them to the CHIL site, so this page will be how potential future employers and colleagues may meet you for the first time. Please periodically check this for link rot.

It is recommended that you edit pages with Dreamweaver and connect directly to the "NetServe" partition to do so, using the "www" folder as a site. This way all the templates will work properly. If you're having trouble with this, please ask.

Second, please keep help keep the "Publications" page up to date. If you have a publication for which you are first author, please add the listing to the "Publications" page and make a PDF of the paper available in the "research/pdf" directory (link to the PDF, too!).
