	The logo and graphics as well as the general page template were done by Hipsocket.
	Much of the HTML editing was done with a terrific tool called BBEdit. If you're on a Macintosh, you should check it out.
	Site templating and management was/is mostly done with Macromedia Dreamweaver. This integrates nicely with BBEdit, which is terrific.
	The Web server runs Mac OS X Server v10.3. It's both powerful and easy to administer.
